Lead Teacher
Lead a classroom of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-age children with a structured, play-based daily routine that supports social, emotional, and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities.

Supervise children to ensure safety and positive behavior.

Partner with families through daily communication and conferences.

Guide and support classroom assistants and aides
Preferred Qualifications
-
Meets Minnesota Rule 3 Teacher qualifications (education and experience pathway).

Experience working with children ages 6 weeks–12 years in a licensed setting.

Current or obtainable Pediatric/Adult CPR and First Aid certification.

Willingness to complete all required trainings and background study.
Assistant Teacher
Partner with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging classroom where children are encouraged to explore, play, and learn every day.
Lead Teacher

Support lesson plans and daily activities prepared by the Lead Teacher.

Help maintain accurate headcounts and follow safety procedures.

Assist with meals, transitions, and classroom routines.

Keep the classroom clean, organized, and inviting.
Preferred Qualifications

Meets Minnesota Rule 3 Assistant Teacher qualifications.

Enjoys working with children of multiple ages and developmental stages.

Comfortable using apps for communication, schedules, and documentation.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain) and completion of required trainings.
Teacher’s Aide
Support classroom teachers with daily routines, materials, and supervision. Perfect for candidates starting their childcare career.
Key Responsibilities

Help prepare activities and classroom materials each day.

Assist with supervision during playtime, meals, and rest time.

Support cleaning, sanitizing, and organization of the classroom.

Follow all safety, health, and allergy procedures.
Preferred Qualifications

At least 16 years old and excited to work with children.

Comfortable taking direction from Lead and Assistant Teachers.

Willing to complete CPR/First Aid and required trainings.
